Okay, I need help with this one. I have yet to work with a deaf child and I don't want to pretend I have experience in this area when I don't. If you have some experience please email me and possible write this intro for me? I don't want to lead people down the wrong road and at the very least I know this a sensitive topic for both the hearing and deaf communities. Please contact me here and fill me in on philosophies, strategies or ideas to help these kids flourish in the inclusive classroom.
